"The operations team is generally fine, but there are some individuals who lack common sense and communicate in a poor and rude manner. Whenever something is asked of them, they respond with, 'This is not our business' or 'This is not our job.' For example, I once asked a question about flowers, and one person rudely replied, 'Why are you asking questions? Just take the flowers and go.' Higher management needs to take action against these
Being a regular customer for my flower shop, I was very disappointed with my last dealing with them. Horrible and extremely rude way of talking if we complained and return the damaged flowers by both the delivery person and the customer service person from the store. They even tried to convince me that rotten bunch of flowers were the normal quality. So disgusted with their customer service. Not buying from them anymore.
The service very slow and there is no cooperation with customer even if you order before one day they late to deliver also from 4 days i contacted the sales team just to deliver the flower on specific time and every day told me cannot deliver in this time contact us tomorrow early morning and same issue no specific time to deliver at last i order before one day at the website and choose delivery time from 9 am to 3 max and still not deliver and the customer service told me maybe will take until 4:00 pm … i didn’t recommend at all i will not order again 👎🏻
